Normally 48 hours. We strive to provide a fast turn-around to all of our valued customers as we know how much you want to get back on your bike/skis. Please allow for more time if parts need to be ordered or if it is brought in peak seasons. Please call us for exact turn around times.
We provide only cross country ski products and only service cross country skis. If you are looking for something like wax or ski goggles then yes, we most likely have it as it is all transferrable from sport to sport.
We are no longer affiliated with the portage location and are owned under entirely different management. We have completely different brands, service, hours, etc.
With every bike sale we offer a year of free labour, 5 year guarantee on all of our frames and a 2 year guarantee on all of the components under normal use.
Our service and repair shop is open year round, Monday to Friday. You can drop your bike off on weekends as well.
